An exquisite kitchen with an en-suite dining area and plasma screen will keep any guest occupied, cooking scrumptious meals. The remainder of the house has 42 inch plasma TV’s & DVD capabilities. Two garages, laundry, staff quarters and 24 hour armed response / alarm system.

This luxury room consists of a king size bed, 1 full en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, included is a 42 inch plasma television, satellite TV and surround sound. It also boasts abundant wardrobe space. The wooden doors open up to the entertainment area & the pool.

Down the marble hallway from the master bedroom you will find two guest bedrooms, both beautifully furnished and includes queen size beds. One room has an en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet), the third room also has its own separate full bathroom, providing guests unsurpassed luxury.

The 4 th bedroom is in close proximity of the lounge / TV room with its own study, kitchen & en-suite bathroom. It also includes a 42 inch plasma television, satellite TV and surround sound.
MK Exotic Villa’s superior feature is its large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Within easy serving distance of the kitchen are the Villa’s two dining rooms with seating for eight and ten respectively. Beyond the dining area is the living area which includes a comfortable lounge / TV room, a 5m x 10m outdoor pool situated next to the entertainment area which includes two braai / barbeques – round table family braai / barbeque for an African experience & also a separate gas braai / barbeque. The outside has a double garage providing secure housing to two vehicles. Another feature within the garden is for the kids pleasure – parents can enjoy sundowners or a cup of tea whilst keeping an eye on the little ones enjoying themselves on the jungle gym. A private reading or relaxing area is also situated in the garden.
Full-time cleaning staff is included to service the entire house; a butler can also be arranged for your convenience. MK Exotic also has a range of luxury vehicles which can be rented with the villa.
